Opting for E-Statements
What is an e-statement?
An e-statement is an electronic version of your credit union statement. It is formatted as a traditional credit union statement, but is available as a portable document format file (PDF) via our website.
E-statements are more secure than receiving a statement via traditional mail. The statement is stored on our secure servers and is only accessible via online banking. A pop up message will alert you on your next login attempt to advise your annual statement is ready to view. Your statements are available as soon as they are generated instead of needing to wait for mail delivery.
E-statements are viewable via your Online Banking Account, once you sign-up for online access. You can register for access through the Online Banking drop down on homepage of website or contact us at the office on 028 87723729. Login to your account
You can Opt-In for e-statements from the Online Banking module within your members area.
Once you are in Online Banking, click in e-statements on the menu on the left, and select Yes, I wish to opt-in for Electronic Statements and click the "Submit" button. You will then be asked to review your marketing preferences, AGM & Statement preferences.
Please check the email and mobile details and then "Submit"
Once you opt in for e-statement you will not receive your annual statement by post, however if you do need a hardcopy, contact the office on 028 87723729 and we can arrange to have a statement posted out.
You will need a PDF viewer program to view your statement. You probably already have one installed in the background. The most commonly used program is Adobe Acrobat reader which is available to download for free from Adobe website.
