Teller Vacancy at Dungannon Credit Union
Dungannon Credit Union is seeking applications from self-motivated individuals who want to be part of a growing organisation. Applicants should be committed to achieving high standards and have a flexible approach to work. This is a full-time permanent position requiring candidates to work 34.5 hours per week, Tuesday - Saturday.
Successful candidates will be required to:
- Provide professional, friendly & efficient front line services to members through a variety of channels.
- Report to the Manager and be responsible for carrying out a range of administrative & operational activities that contribute to delivering first class member service a nd to the effective running of the Credit Union.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist members with all aspects of Credit Union business Accurate & diligent handling of cash & reconciling daily balances Process member applications and transactions
- Successfully resolve account queries
- Arrange payment options for members
- General office administration
Essential Requirements:
- Excellent interpersonal skills & proven ability in delivering outstanding member service (proficiency in both spoken and written English language is a requirement)
- An aptitude for numeracy, c ash handling and balancing
- Ability to work as part of a team & use own initiative to meet deadlines Computer Literate
- Strong administration & problem solving abilities
- Minimum of 5 GCSEs achieving grades C or above including English & Mathematics
